    Our platform connects patients with accredited healthcare providers, medical facilities, and professionals across various international destinations. We offer the following services:

    • Assistance with finding and booking medical treatments and procedures
    • Support in arranging pre-treatment consultations and post-treatment care
    • Access to a network of licensed medical professionals, hospitals, and clinics
  • 2. Service Fees

    We charge a service fee for the booking and coordination of medical travel from Healthcare providers. Our platform is free for patients. The service fee is payable by healthcare providers and is to be paid after the completion of patients appointment. This is non-refundable. In some regions and for select categories, There are listing fees that the healthcare provider has to pay be listed on our platform.

  • 3. Services Provided by Healthcare Providers

    As a healthcare provider listed on our medical tourism platform, you agree to offer the following services:

    • Timely and accurate medical consultations, procedures, and treatments as agreed with patients.
    • Professional care by licensed and qualified medical professionals.
    • Support for medical travel arrangements, including pre-treatment consultations and post-treatment care.
    • Compliance with all relevant local and international regulations concerning medical tourism.
  • 4. Patient Cancellations and No-Shows

    • Cancellation & No-Shows by Patients: In the event that a patient cancels their appointment or procedure before the scheduled date or it doesn’t turn up for appointment, It is considered not a loss for a healthcare provider because patient did not choose to proceed and as such no payment was made by them.
  • 5. Healthcare Provider Cancellations

    • If a healthcare provider needs to cancel or reschedule a procedure, the provider must inform both the patient and the platform promptly. In such cases, the platform will work with the patient to reschedule or find an alternative provider.
  • 6. Refund Eligibility for Medical Services

    Refunds for medical services are generally not issued unless:

    • The healthcare provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service or treatment as outlined in the patient's treatment plan or contract.
    • The treatment was deemed not to be medically appropriate or had complications that were the result of negligence or failure to meet industry standards.
    • Treatment Outcome Disputes: Should a patient experience dissatisfaction with the results of their treatment, it is the responsibility of the healthcare provider to address and resolve the complaint directly. Refunds may only be considered if the outcome is a direct result of a provider error or non-compliance with agreed standards of care.

    There is no liability on FlyHospital for any refunds as our scope of services is to connect patients to Healthcare providers. Since patients do not pay FlyHospital, There is no liability on us. We charge service fees for only completed appointments to healthcare as commission which is non refundable.

    In the event that a refund is necessary, the healthcare provider is responsible for issuing the refund directly to the patient. If there are any disputes or complications in issuing a refund, the platform will mediate between both parties to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with the provider’s policies and applicable laws.

  • 7. Compliance and Ethical Standards

    Healthcare providers must:

    • Maintain high standards of medical care in line with local and international healthcare regulations.
    • Ensure transparency regarding pricing, treatment plans, and potential risks involved in any medical procedures.
    • Inform patients of the details of their treatment, including expected results, potential complications, and aftercare procedures.
    • Abide by the terms set out in the service agreement with the platform, ensuring clear communication and timely service.
  • 8. Limitation of Liability

    While our platform strives to connect patients with reputable healthcare providers, we are not responsible for:

    • The outcome of any medical procedures or treatments provided by healthcare providers.
    • Any delays, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party services (such as travel, accommodation, or insurance).
    • Any claims arising from complications, miscommunications, or dissatisfaction with the services provided by the healthcare provider.
  • 9. Changes to the Policy

    The platform reserves the right to update or change this Service & Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be communicated to healthcare providers, and the new policy will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform’s website.
